The Mountain Retreat
Rest - Reframe - Renew
The Mountain Retreat is a creative vacation that honours the needs of the mind, body and soul. It is designed for you to step back into the serenity of the mountains with some fascinating people to rediscover your story. Each Mountain Retreat is open to cohorts of 8 -12 professionals. The program fosters community, discussions, and self-reflection, as well as gleaning and learning from each other’s journeys and nature. The Retreat is curated by ‘Art for Change’, with over two decades of experience running artist residencies.

Why Mountain Retreat?
Do you feel the weight of your story that isn't moving forward?
We spend our days pursuing goals that often starve our soul, leave our creativity suppressed and our relationships strained. Deep down, we aren't looking for more accomplishments anymore—we are looking for meaning. When the standard narrative of 'success' fails to bring it, it’s time to pause.
Great stories reveal that the hero’s transformation begins in the abyss. What if you could stop playing a supporting role in a story that drains you and edit your reality into a Hero’s Journey?
If you want to step back to rediscover your narrative and courageously claim your role as the hero of your story, this retreat is for you.
